Located in the heart of Chambolle-Musigny, in the Côte de Nuits, Domaine Amiot-Servelle is a family estate of seven to eight hectares that ranks among the finest addresses in the village. Certified in organic farming since 2008, it boasts an enviable portfolio spread across a dozen appellations, with no fewer than six premier crus from Chambolle, including the mythical Amoureuses and the extremely rare Derrière la Grange. Also included are two grand crus, Clos Saint-Denis and Charmes-Chambertin. Since the arrival of Prune and Antoine Amiot, the wines have gained even greater finesse and precision.

The two Grand Crus of the Amiot-Servelle estate are the Charmes Chambertin and the Clos Saint Denis. In 2015, the Charmes Chambertin combines finesse and freshness, with a slender structure, blackberry aromas, a delicate wine rated 18/20 by the Revue des Vins de France; the Clos Saint Denis, for its part, reveals a refined, straight wine, full of finesse and very long on the palate. Among the 1ers Crus, the most emblematic wine of the Amiot Servelle estate is the Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru les Amoureuses, a cult parcel in the style of Musigny and highly acclaimed in 2014: deeply coloured, with a dense texture, noble tannins and great length — a wine not to be opened too soon. The estate produces five other remarkable Chambolle Musigny 1ers Crus: les Charmes, Derrière la Grange, les Fuées, les Plantes and les Feusselottes. The most acclaimed red vintages are 2015, 2012, 2010, 2009, 2005, 2002.
